You will need to have a Snapcode which has been emailed out to all families. 

This page contains information for the 2013-2014 school year registration. Online discounted registration will open the first week of May. A link to the online portal will be posted here during that time.

Parents will need a current email address registered with the district in order to take part in online registration.

Please note that Transportation will be part of the online registration this year. Parents can also download a copy of student fees that will be charged as part of the online registration process.

New Students to District 57:

With the exception of Kindergarten Winter Intake families, Parents/Guardians of new students wishing to enroll in District 57 should visit the school in which their child will be attending.

The first step in the enrollment process will be for residency to be proven.

Students who attend school in Mount Prospect School District 57 must reside within its boundaries on a permanent basis. If you are enrolling your child with us for the first time, or have changed your residence since registering, you will need to verify that your child still resides within the district boundaries and you must provide new proof of residence and a signed Proof of Residence Form to the school office administration as indicated below.

At the time of enrollment, you must present required documents from EACH of the steps below. ORIGINAL documentation is required and copies are not accepted.

You must also bring in an original birth certificate of the student for whom you are enrolling.

Post Office boxes do not meet residency requirements. Only street addresses are accepted.

If, at any time, a student’s residence is in question, MPSD 57 will investigate. The District may ask for additional documents for verification. If a student is not living within the MPSD 57 boundaries full time, or if a student’s living arrangements do not agree with statements provided by a parent or legal guardian, the student will be excluded from attending schools in the Mount Prospect School District.

New Students:

  1. Parent must visit school to prove residency
  2. Upon proof, InfoSnap codes given for online registration
  3. Parents pay for registration fees online
  4. Early payment discount expires end of May
  5. Parents obtain all necessary signed registration/health forms

Student Fee Waiver

Mount Prospect School District 57 uses the qualifying USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines for Free Meals to determine if a student qualifies for a fee waiver. To qualify for a fee waiver, a student fee waiver application must be completed, submitted with all supporting documentation, and approved. Student Fee Waiver must be approved prior to receiving services and/or supplies. The Kids’ Corner program is not eligible for a student fee waiver.

DOWNLOAD AND PRINT THE STUDENT FEE WAIVER APPLICATION. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF REGISTRATION SUBMITTAL. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR SCHOOL OR ANY SERVICES UNTIL THE STUDENT FEE WAIVER APPLICATION IS COMPLETED, SUBMITTED, AND APPROVED.
